Welcome to T Bilt, the creation of Tyler Jenkins (hence the T), world renowned fabricator famous for constructing champion rock crawlers, Baja trucks and other Off Road beasts. Early in 2006, after much demand and pressure from his customer base, Tyler is now developing a series of off road bumpers (aka light bars) for the public but still committed to the highest quality and limited production runs.
T Bilt specializes in off road bumpers for Ford Superduty Trucks. We currently do not work on Chevy or Dodge trucks. Our off road bumpers are hand built under the close eye (and hands) of Tyler himself (and here in the USA!). Precision bent tube and hand welding combine for the ultimate in quality. Our custom jigs are built for precision. If you want a cheap light bar built overseas by a machine, you are in the wrong place! A “T Bilt” off road bumper is made of 2 inch steel tube all the way around with a wall thickness of .120. Each has a minimum of four tabs to mount up to four off road lights. We also utilize multiple heim joints to distribute the torque when using your winch.
